Intricate Khatli Hand Embroidery
Khatli work is a traditional hand-embroidery process performed on a stretched wooden frame (Khatli) using highly skilled needlework.
Our artisans stretch selected luxury fabrics over the frame and use specialized metallic hook needles to sew silk, gold (Zardosi), silver threads, beads, pearls, and sparkling sequins into complex flower, paisley, and geometric shapes. This process creates rich texture and structural weight that gives our salwar sets a majestic look.
High-Density Machine Embroidery
Combining traditional designs with modern high-speed multi-needle embroidery machinery for robust stitching and clean motifs.
For large wholesale orders, our designers digitize modern motifs and execute them using computerized high-density embroidery. This ensures uniformity across thousands of sets while preserving the luxury aesthetic of traditional thread-work, perfect for palazzos and kameez sets.
Precision Tailoring & Stitching
Our tailoring department ensures that semi-stitched suits, palazzos, and salwars have perfect fits and strong seams.
Using industrial sewing stations and premium polyester threads, our tailors cut and stitch every panel with precision. Particular focus is given to side seams, neck lines, and hemlines to ensure that they withstand wholesale shipping and bulk transit stresses PAN India.
Dyeing & Digital Printing
Applying premium reactive dyes and high-resolution digital prints on linens, muslins, and cotton dupattas.
We use state-of-the-art digital printing machines that transfer rich designs onto silk, muslin, and crape fabrics without compromising fabric softness. Our dye setting processes ensure colorfastness, so garments maintain their vibrant luster even after repeated wash cycles.
